Refund & Returns Policy

At Nuspro Solars, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may apply.


1. Solar System Installations

Once a solar system installation has commenced or equipment has been installed, no refunds will be issued. Solar systems are custom-designed for each client’s specific energy needs, and costs are incurred immediately once installation begins.


2. Equipment & Products

• Solar equipment (inverters, batteries, panels, and accessories) may only be returned if faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds or replacements are subject to supplier inspection and approval.


3. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits paid for bookings, system designs, or procurement of equipment are non-refundable.
• Payments made after installation confirm acceptance of the completed work and system performance.


4. Faulty Workmanship

If there is an issue caused by our workmanship, Nuspro Solars will repair or correct the problem at no additional cost within the agreed warranty period.


5. Cancellations

• Cancellations made before equipment is ordered may qualify for a partial refund, excluding administrative and consultation fees.
• Cancellations after equipment has been ordered or installation scheduled are not refundable.


6. Warranty Claims

All solar products supplied by Nuspro Solars are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Nuspro Solars will assist clients with warranty-related support where applicable.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
